Children

Our goal at FBCCH is to assist the family in their effort to lay spiritual foundation that will lead a child into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and then provide them with a safe, nurturing place where they can grow in their knowledge and love for God.

SUNDAY MORNING PROGRAMS

  • Nursery:  Come care for your baby in FBCC's Nursery.  Our Nursery have everything you need for you and your baby to be comfortable while listening to the Sunday Service.  Our nursery accomidates infants ages Newborn - 1 year old
  • Toddlers:  In this class your toddler will begin to learn about Jesus Christ through songs, videos, and through other creative tools.  The Toddler Class is located in Classroom #2, and is for children 1 year - 3 years of age.
  • Children's Church: Our Children's Church students participate in Praise, Worship, and study the bible. Children's Church is for children ages 4 - 18. 
  • Sunday School:  Our Sunday School takes place every Sunday at 9:45 a.m.  Through Sunday School your child will begin to learn more and grow in Jesus Christ.

 CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES

 

AWANA  Awana helps the church and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.
Community Resource Center of College Hill (CRCCH) The Community Resource Center of College Hill (CRCCH) is an area of the Youth Department that focuses on "Out of School Time" Learning.  CRCCH consists of the After-School Program & the Camp ABE Summer Program. 
Dance & Mime  The Dance and Mime Ministry allow the children to express themselves through dance and movement.  FBCCH's Dance and Mime group performs within the church and in the community for Special Events, and Activities.
Scouting The Mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in the, the values of the Sout's Oath and Law.
Youth Choir  This exciting and innovaive group ranges in age from 3-19 years of age.  Their repertoire consists of children's praise songs, semi-contemporary and some gospel music.  The Youth Choir serves every fourth Sunday (Youth Sunday).
Youth Ushers  The Youth Usher Board's Mission is to provide courteous and professional service to all members and guests.  They will ensure that an atmosphere of genuine welcome is created and maintained throughout the worship service.   The Youth Usher Board serves every forth Sunday (Youth Sunday).
