The Ministry Groups of FBCCH serves in the church in many ways.  Just as Jesus came to serve we believe that each member is called to serve in their own way.  Pray to consider where God is calling you to serve at FBCCH.


 SERVICE MINISTRIES

Audio/Video Ministry The Audio/Video Ministry documents the significant events of FBCCH on film and video.
Black History This Ministry plans, organize, and document all Black History events and programs.
General Mission The General Mission facilitates Outreach into the COmmunty and with various Mission Groups.
Hearing Impaired Ministry The Hearing Impaired Ministry Goal is to bridge the gap of Communication within the church.
Hospitality Ministry The Hospitality Ministry is responsible for welcoming FBCCH's guests at our services.
Hot Meals Ministry This Ministry prepare and serve food to the Homeless and Less Fortunate.
Intentional Care Unit (I.C.U) The Ministry is the lifeline to the New Members of FBCCH.  They unite with newly joined members to assist in the transition from a "New Member" to "Fully Assimilated and Committed Member."
Newsletter Ministry The Newsletter Ministry records and presents the spiritual endeavors of FBCCH in print.
Nursing Home Ministry This Ministry Ministers to the sick & shut in residing at Nursing Homes.
Photography Ministry The Photography Ministry is responsible for recording the significant events of the church on film.
Prayer Line Ministry This Ministry provides over the phone prayer to anyone who is on our sick list or personally requests prayer.
Security Ministry The Security Ministry provides for the safety of members and visitors during the public events of the church and encompasses the parking lot attendants.
Sick Visitation Ministry Members of the Sick Visitation Ministry are committed to ministering to the sick and shut-ins of our church.  They regularly visit homes and hospital beds of members to provide prayer and care.
Sowing Seeds Ministry The Sowing Seed Ministry plant seeds into the community to help win souls to Christ.
Ushers & Greeters Ushers and Greeters work to make all members and visitors of the church comfortable and welcome, and help to distribute information during Worship Services.
Watchman on the Wall This is the church's 24 hour Prayer Ministry.  Each participant is requested to spend one hour per week at a specified time praying for the needs of the church.
