Youth

The teen years are tough years in a young person's life, but God uses them too!  It is FBCCHs goal to discipline and teach these young people who are overwhelmed with temptation and peer pressure.  Our desire is to prepare them to know and love the word of God and have a desire to seek and save the lost. 

SUNDAY MORNING PROGRAMS

  • Children's Church: Our Children's Church students participate in Praise, Worship, and study the bible. Children's Church is for children ages 4 - 18. 
  • Sunday School:  Our Sunday School takes place every Sunday at 9:45 a.m.  Through Sunday School your child will begin to learn more and grow in Jesus Christ.

 YOUTH MINISTRIES

 

AWANA  Awana helps the church and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.
Dance & Mime  The Dance and Mime Ministry allow the children to express themselves through dance and movement.  FBCCH's Dance and Mime group performs within the church and in the community for Special Events, and Activities.
Ladies of Christian Soul (L.C.S.)  The Ladies of Christian Soul is a group tailored to Young Ladies ages 11-18.  This group focuses on growth through Bible Studies, Outings, and Special Events. 
Scholarship Fund FBCCH's Scholarship Program offers assistance for High School Seniors who are active members of FBCCH's Youth Department.
Youth Choir  This exciting and innovaive group ranges in age from 3-19 years of age.  Their repertoire consists of children's praise songs, semi-contemporary and some gospel music.  The Youth Choir serves every fourth Sunday (Youth Sunday).
Youth Ushers  The Youth Usher Board's Mission is to provide courteous and professional service to all members and guests.  They will ensure that an atmosphere of genuine welcome is created and maintained throughout the worship service.   The Youth Usher Board serves every forth Sunday (Youth Sunday).
