The Aligned Young Adult Ministry at First Baptist Church of College Hill is a Christ-centered community designed to connect, equip, and empower young adults 18-25 (College & Early Career), 26-35 (Young Professionals & Growing Families), 36-40 (Mature Young Adults & Leaders) to grow in their faith and purpose.
Our mission is to create a space where young adults can develop a deeper relationship with God, build meaningful connections, and live out their faith in everyday life.

Our core event is the "Night of Worship," held every third Sunday of the month from 6 PM - 8 PM. This gathering offers powerful worship, relevant messages, and an opportunity for young adults to encounter God in a fresh way. After service, attendees can enjoy refreshments and fellowship, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
To encourage connection across different life stages, we organize small groups by age:

Small Groups
The Aligned Young Adult Ministry at First Baptist Church of College Hill is committed to fostering meaningful connections across different life stages. To provide a more personalized and engaging experience, we have established age-specific small groups that allow young adults to connect with peers who share similar experiences, challenges, and spiritual needs. These groups offer a supportive space for discussion, discipleship, and fellowship while encouraging personal and spiritual growth.

Focus: Navigating college, career choices, relationships, and spiritual identity.
Topics: Time management, faith in academia/workplace, personal discipline, and identity in Christ.
Activities: Bible studies, mentorship programs, career prep workshops, and social outings.

26-35 (Young Professionals & Growing Families)
Focus: Balancing career, relationships, marriage, and early family life while growing in faith.
Topics: Faith in the workplace, marriage & dating as a Christian, financial stewardship, and parenting from a biblical perspective.
Activities: Bible studies, networking events, marriage & relationship workshops, and parenting discussions.

Focus: Spiritual leadership, career advancement, family dynamics, and community impact.
Topics: Leadership in faith and work, mentorship, long-term financial planning, and balancing faith, family, and purpose.
Activities: Leadership training, community service, mentorship opportunities, and in-depth Bible studies.
Coffee & Conversation
"Coffee & Conversation" is a quarterly gathering hosted by the Aligned Young Adult Ministry at First Baptist Church of College Hill. This event provides a relaxed and welcoming environment where young adults (ages 18-40) can engage in meaningful discussions about faith, life, and personal growth—all over a great cup of coffee. It is designed to foster authentic connections, spiritual encouragement, and personal development while addressing relevant topics in today’s world.

Fellowship & Outreach
Outreach opportunities are service-driven initiatives led by the Aligned Young Adult Ministry at First Baptist Church of College Hill. These events provide young adults (ages 18-40) with opportunities to serve the local community, make an impact, and live out their faith through action. Rooted in Jesus’ call to love and serve others (Matthew 25:35-40), our outreach efforts reflect our commitment to compassion, generosity, and community transformation.
Fellowship opportunities are fun and engaging events hosted by the Aligned Young Adult Ministry at First Baptist Church of College Hill. These gatherings provide young adults (ages 18-40) with opportunities to connect, build friendships, and experience fellowship outside of the church setting. Each outing is designed to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience where faith, fun, and community come together.
